YZG/FZG series vacuum dryer belongs to a static vacuum dryer. The drying equipment heats the material to be dried under vacuum conditions, and utilizes a vacuum pump to conduct air extraction and dehumidification, so that the working chamber is in a vacuum state, and the drying rate of the material is greatly accelerated. It also saves energy. If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser. If the solvent is water, the condenser can be used without saving energy investment.

Features:
1. The boiling point of the material solution under vacuum is reduced, so that the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator is increased. Therefore, for a certain amount of heat transfer, the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved.
2. The heat source for evaporation operation can be low pressure steam or waste heat steam.
