SZG series double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is a new type of dryer that combines mixing and drying. The condenser, vacuum pump and drying equipment are matched to form a vacuum drying device. (If there is no need to recover the solvent, the condenser may not be used.) The machine has advanced design, simple internal structure, easy cleaning, all materials can be discharged, and the operation is simple. Can reduce labor intensity and improve the working environment. At the same time, the material also rotates as the container itself rotates, but no material accumulates on the wall. Therefore, the heat transfer coefficient is high, and the drying rate is large. This not only saves energy, but also the material is dried uniformly and with good quality. Can be widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dyes and other industries drying.
working principle:
SZG series double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double-cone rotary tank. Under vacuum, the tank is heated by introducing heat-conducting oil or hot water into the jacket. The heat is brought into contact with the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. Vapors or other gases evaporated after the wet material absorbs heat are pumped through a vacuum pump through a vacuum exhaust pipe. Because the inside of the tank is in a vacuum state, and the rotation of the tank makes the materials continuously up and down, turning inside and out, it accelerates the drying speed of the materials, improves the drying rate, and achieves the purpose of uniform drying.
Application range:
This machine is suitable for vacuum drying and mixing of powder and granular materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. It is especially suitable for the following drying requirements:
1, can not accept heat-sensitive materials
2, the need to recover solvent and toxic gas materials
3, easily oxidized, dangerous materials
4, the requirements of the crystalline material
5, require low volatile matter content of the material
