Product introduction: The
CT-C series hot air circulation oven is equipped with a low-noise high-temperature axial fan and an automatic temperature control system. The whole circulation system is completely closed, which improves the oven's thermal efficiency from 3-7% in the conventional drying room to the current 35 -45%, the highest thermal efficiency up to 50%. The success of the CT-C hot air circulation oven has made the hot air circulation oven in China reach the advanced level at home and abroad. Save a lot of energy for our country and improve the economic benefits of the company. In 1990, the State Administration of Pharmaceuticals released the industry standard, and the uniform model is RXH.
Equipment flow process:
◎ heating heat source steam, electricity, far infrared, electric steam dual-purpose, for the user to choose;
◎ use temperature: steam heating 50 ~ 140 o C, up to 150 o C;
◎ electricity, far infrared temperature 50 ~ 350 o C;
◎There are automatic control system and computer control system for users to choose;
◎Common steam pressure 0.02-0.8Mpa(0.2～8kg/m 2 );
◎Equipped with electric heating, calculate 15KW according to type I, practical 5-8kw /h;
◎special requirements when ordering instructions;
◎non-standard oven price negotiable;
◎usage temperature is greater than 140 o C or less than 60 o C, must be specified when ordering;
