working principle:

　　The spray dryer is an open cycle, parallel flow, centrifugal atomization. Drying medium air is filtered by an initial and intermediate efficiency air filter, sucked by a blower according to operating instructions, and then heated by a heater and passed through a hot air distributor of a high efficiency filter to enter the spray drying main tower. The liquid material passes through the peristaltic pump according to the operation instructions and enters the high-speed rotating centrifugal nozzle, and is dispersed into small droplets under the action of centrifugal force. In the spray drying main tower, small droplets are in full contact with the hot air and heat exchanged along their specific path, dried into products, then separated by a cyclone separator, the solid materials are collected, and the gaseous medium is discharged after filtration . The entire spray system is easy to clean and free of dead spots and meets GMP requirements.
