Extraction and Concentration Process
▲The liquid solution in the extraction tank is heated to the gaseous state by the external circulation, and it rises and condenses into a liquid and flows back to the extraction tank. It flows deep into the material to fully contact the material and liquid, and quickly takes away the medicine that has boiled or leaches out. Heating in the outer cycle, the solvent rises to form a continuous cycle of extraction, the final concentration of the finished product material can reach 1.1-1.3 from the outer circulation. The solvent contained in the dregs inside the tank can be heated up and condensed, cooled and recovered, and the dregs can be discharged from the bottom of the extraction tank.
